Can we bring our own alcohol?+
Yes — all of our buses are fully BYOB friendly. You're welcome to bring beer, wine, and spirits. We provide complimentary ice and cups. Illinois law requires all passengers consuming alcohol to be 21+.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weekend events between May and September we strongly recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. Weekdays and off-season dates are more flexible. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible — call us directly and we'll check availability immediately.
Is a deposit required to reserve a bus?+
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date and bus. The amount varies based on the bus and event type. We'll walk you through everything before you commit — no surprises.
What is the minimum rental time?+
Our standard minimum is 3 hours but is dependent on the date. For certain event types or specific routes the minimum may vary. We'll always be upfront about this when we confirm your quote.
Do you serve areas outside Chicago?+
Yes — we serve all of greater Chicagoland including Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Park, Evanston, Joliet, Aurora, Elgin, Waukegan, Gurnee, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, and more. Call us if you're unsure — we likely cover your area.

Terms & Conditions

Please review our rental policies before booking. By making a reservation you agree to the following terms.

Deposits & Payments
  • All deposits are NON-refundable. A deposit holds your reservation and removes the vehicle from availability until the date of service.
  • Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.
  • All other reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to avoid being charged the full reservation amount.
Cancellation Policy
  • Outbound airport sedan trips must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund.
  • Inbound airport sedan trips must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund; 12 hours for stretch limos and buses.
  • All no-shows will be charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity.
  • Any trip not cancelled within the required timeframe will incur a full charge.
  • All COVID-19 cancellations are subject to the same rules above.
Airport Trips & Wait Time
  • We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly.
  • We cannot guarantee availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late; reserved vehicle type may change.
  • Wait time begins after 45 minutes of gate arrival for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
  • Airport wait time: $15 per every 15 minutes.
  • Wait time for other reservations: $30–$75 per every 15 minutes.
Vehicle & Conduct Policies
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • No food consumption in our limousines.
  • Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
  • Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer.
  • The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund in the event of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
  • Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes past the prearranged time and is charged on an hourly basis.
Damage & Liability
  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or any members of their party.
  • Carpet or seat burn fee: $300.00 per incident.
  • Sanitation fee: $1,000 (or at driver’s discretion if anyone becomes ill).
  • The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • We are not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., unplowed/unsalted roads, accidents, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
